There are lots of delicious options - a fall favorite is spice cake mix with a can of pumpkin puree), but I've never tried one with either pineapple or angel food cake. I've also made the strawberry pretzel dessert often for potlucks and it always gets raves! I tried it in a bundt pan and when time was up it didn't feel done. I cooked a little longer for it to firm up. The instructions I had said to immediately turn upside down on a bottle to cool. Well guess what? I dumped a soggy mess onto my stove. Don't know where I went wrong but next time I'll bake in a 9 1/2 pan.
