I didn't realize a bunch of little angles would add up to a huge one! I would have never thought to use caulk to fix it if I hadn't been reading up on what I've missed during my 3 month hiatus. Thanks again!Laciehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15447383489968950762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7781670590071996754.post-11397402551956097692011-06-20T16:53:00.050-04:002011-06-20T16:53:00.050-04:00I love to use the Pampered Chef stoneware scrapers...I love to use the Pampered Chef stoneware scrapers when I'm caulking. Each corner has a different shape and it is super easy to use and wipe off. And they are pretty inexpensive. I've been stuck in a rut on my door painting project for months. I'm hoping to get back in the groove soon because Christmas is around the corner and I want it done before then.Powers Famhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08768869304276090928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7781670590071996754.post-35943523260341200032011-06-20T15:58:00.739-04:002011-06-20T15:58:00.739-04:00First, your board and batten is B-E-A-U-tiful. I "push" the caulk gun - vice pulling it - and adjust my trigger pressure and rate of speed so that the caulk fills the "crevice" AND smooths out (pretty much) as I go. Saves a lot of time when it comes to the wet paper towel phase (which I also subscribe to). Really great job.YouCleverBeannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7781670590071996754.post-72863550261096784292011-06-19T11:47:55.745-04:002011-06-19T11:47:55.745-04:00Thanks so much for yet another great post!
