The Best New Walmart Christmas Holiday Decor Finds!

Beautiful Walmart Christmas decor finds for 2026!

I seriously cannot believe how fast the past few months have gone by! Christmas is basically next month.

As our kids have gotten older, I don't decorate for Halloween as much. This year I didn't put much out at all. I'm already in the holiday mood and chomping at the bit to put Christmas decor out!

I've never been ready quite this early. :) If you're looking for some holiday decor inspiration, you can check out my Christmas tours and projects here!

Weeks ago I took a trip to Walmart for mums, and while walking around I found fully stocked holiday decor shelves. Their selection this year is really beautiful so I figured I would share some of my favorite finds with you.

This deer family figurine was SO sweet...I literally "awwww'd" out loud when I saw it in the store:

It is large and would be so pretty as the centerpiece on a sofa or dining table, surrounded by some greenery.

Speaking of greenery, Walmart has so many beautiful options! Last year I compared a bunch of cedar Christmas garlands, including the infamous My Texas House version.

This year I found that in store, as well as this traditional garland with berries and pine cones -- a classic combination!:

This one is nine feet long and so soft! I love the pops of red.

If you prefer more of a winter theme, this soft flocked garland looked so realistic:

I didn't realize till later that this comes with lights as well! They have eight different lighting functions.

These My Texas House berry greenery picks would be perfect tucked in around that cute reindeer figurine above:

This cedar wreath went wild online last Christmas, and after seeing it in person I understand why! It's so full and lovely -- the soft burgundy bow is the perfect simple touch:

I love adding picks to our Christmas trees to fill in any empty spots. Over the years I've used berries, poinsettia stems and bells. These large red bell picks are SO fun and would look so pretty draped in a tree or in garland:

They are the perfect red -- not too bright but still a traditional touch.

Christmas florals blue and white planters

They are so much prettier in person than online! I'm betting you could pop the greenery out and replace it with different florals for the rest of the year.

Another arrangement I loved was this evergreen, pinecone and magnolia combo:

I think magnolia blooms are underrated for holiday decor -- years ago I used blooms on our Christmas mantel, and then later used just the magnolia leaves for the mantel and a DIY wreath:

These honeycomb (I think they're more accordion-like) paper trees have blown up over the past couple of years and I love it. Walmart has both red/white and green/white options that are so cute!:

They're great grouped together -- I display similar versions on our family room built ins:

My favorite part of these is that they fold up flat for super easy storage, and hardly take up any space!

At first I thought this was just a soft blanket, but it's actually a pretty knitted tree skirt:

I love the texture and color -- it's rare to find a tree skirt that isn't red!

This Santa statue is blowing up this year already, so I was surprised to find it in store:

I LOVE the look and size of it, but I think I would spray paint it. The finish is a little bright for my taste, but it is a beautiful, very detailed piece under $15!

This glass tree figurine is another one that is SO much prettier in person. I loved the embossed leaf design and the subtle green tones:

I thought these red ribbon window clings were such a great idea:

They have some sparkle to them and I think they would be so unique instead of wreaths on windows.

With five pets (including cats that enjoy climbing up the Christmas trees), the majority of our ornaments are now the plastic shatterproof versions. They've come such a long way over the years!

These burgundy textured ornaments were gorgeous in person:

I almost brought those home, but WE DO NOT need more ornaments. (I'm yelling at myself.) 😂

This multicolor ornament set is perfect if you want to start incorporating a new color theme to your tree:

It comes with 62 (!!) beautiful deep burgundy and green ornaments, as well as cream and gold, all for under $40. So pretty!

If you prefer more of a glam look for your holiday decor, I've got you covered! This "iced cedar" wreath is gorgeous! So much sparkle and shimmer:

I don't usually decorate with that much sparkle, but I was tempted!

These gold glass trees were lovely as well:

They come in a few different sizes and designs, as well as colors! A set of these (odd numbers work best) would make another easy table centerpiece.

And finally, this adorable gold glass snowman is such a great piece:

He is so cute with his top hat! You'd think this would light up, but I checked and it looks like you can take the bottom off and put an LED candle or strand of lights inside.

This is getting me so excited to start pulling out the bins! It takes me a couple of weeks to get things the way I like them, so we enjoy having the house decorated for at least a month.

We host Thanksgiving every year! The sparkling Christmas lights add to the ambiance. :)

When do you start pulling out the Christmas decor?
